@Hakim500: You can still download.
Click on the map you want. Click on the grey button with the text "Edit" ( it's under "Summary" on the right side ).
Uncheck the box "System map, included in Steam cache".
Click on "Validate" & the page will refresh automatically.
You can now download the map again.

@deepeyes: Some (bot?) attack on the site changed all maps to "System maps", making them unavailable to download all authors have been replaced by "pHqghUme" which is the name of a trojan virus if you Google it.

For that you would hope there is a DB backup that can be restored, as for enabling download - byplt would need to figure out the data being sent when you save a map, and then emulate it for all map ids
